Twin station post cure inflator is a machine to cool tyres under controlled conditions immediately after the cured tyres are discharged from tyre curing press.The pci can accommodate one or two tyres and controlled independently. Cooling is effected by positioning the tyres between bead rings and inflating them with air. The cord tension which was previously determined by the press curing is now maintained during cooling operation.
Belt cassette is material handling equipment used for manufacturing passenger car radial tyre. Belt cassette is used for transporting steel belt from slitter to tyre building machine.
Side wall cassette(twin spindle) is material handling equipment used for manufacturing radial tyres for cars. This cassette is used for transporting side wall, body ply & inner liner from slitter to tyre building machine.
Band pull on is used for mounting band on tyre building drum for manufacturing green tyre. Pneumatic jaws in this machine helps to grip the band & by expanding the band with pneumatic cylinders machine moves on tyre building drum.
Tire loading conveyor is used for transporting the finished tyre to the truck

Cracker mill roll is used in tyre industries for mixing rubber. We do helical teeth cutting in 26”x 84”&22”x 60” length & weight of roll is 6 tons approx. Material of roll is chilled cast iron & surface hardness is 40-45 bhn.
